DolceTic

DolceTic is a mini-enterprise created to promote the excellence of the Ticino region through an artisan dessert: the chestnut tart. Our team, made up of third-year SCC students, produces the dessert by hand in the CPT Trevano laboratory, together with two third-year female apprentices from the CPT technical food classes, using local ingredients and under the guidance of an expert pastry chef. We offer an authentic, sustainable product linked to tradition, focusing on quality, collaboration with local businesses and careful communication. Our goal is to rediscover the value of chestnuts in an original and delicious way.
